1. Driver Requirements

    •    All drivers must be 25 years of age or older.

    •    A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of rental.

    •    Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement can operate the vehicle.

2. Vehicle Use

 •    The rental includes 300 miles perday.

     •    For 12-15 passenger vans, all passengers must have a seat belt. Exceeding seating capacity is strictly prohibited.

•    No smoking is permitted in any rental vehicle. A cleaning fee may apply if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Vehicle Condition & Inspections

 •    A vehicle inspection will be conducted at pickup and drop-off.

     •    The driver is responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the rental period.

4. Tolls and Violations

•    Do not run tolls. Any unpaid tolls incurred during the rental period will be billed to the renter.

     •    Any traffic or parking violations are the renter’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly.

5. Fuel Policy

Choose one of the following fuel options at the time of rental:

    •    Full-to-Full: Return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. If not returned full, refueling charges will apply.

    •    Prepaid Fuel: Pay for a full tank in advance and return the vehicle empty.

    •    Same-to-Same: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when picked up (level will be noted on the agreement).

6. Payments & Deposits

 •    A $200 security deposit is required at the time of rental.

    •    Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

    •    Cash is not accepted.

7. Cancellation & No-Shows

•    Please notify us in advance of cancellations or changes to avoid possible fees.
